Hey guys, I’ve been using your plans for basd few years now. What I like the most about your stuff is that it is programmed, progressed and it works. Moderators are the final word in whether a post will be removed or not. The military isn’t having any problems for the most part with recruiting or retention. I can tell you rufk front that I could not have been so successful without the training you and your team develops at Mountain Tactical Institute.

Only suggestion I would make is possible addition of some extra low carry training. I personally felt that I needed more recovery time during the militaey and to my knowledge there are no IBA runs during selection itself.
Pretty bad I know. I would like to offer some feedback to you from my thoughts on your training plan and its effectiveness in preparing for SFAS.
Amazing job in what you and your team do. When I start to feel like I’m stalling on a lift, I’ll make the jumps smaller. How do I access the plan? I think pretty soon my body will adapt.

I really wouldn’t worry too much about the big lifts, except for the press, or push press, weighted pull-ups, and rucking, selection is mostly conditioning, and matrix reasoning, and you have to have a good work capacity to lift logs over your head over and over again, as well as team events.
